The Perfect Spot- 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home in the Heart of Gainesville! This beautiful home is only 1.25 miles to UF Stadium, less than 1 mile to Midtown, 2 miles from Shands Hospital, and close to many local favorite restaurants. The driveway is big enough to accommodate 2-3 cars. There is also extra free parkIng along the street just in front of the home. Property Highlights- LOCATION, hardwood floors throughout, spacious living areas, WiFi, comfortable beds, central AC and heating

BEDROOMS:
The master bedroom contains a queen sized bed and private bathroom, bedroom 2 has a full sized bed, and bedroom 3 has trundle bed with two twin sized mattresses. There is a second bathroom in the between the second and third bedrooms. There is an extra room where we can add a queen blow up mattress if needed.

FAMILY ROOM:
The spacious living room has a 65 inch Smart Tv, so you can log into all of your favorite streaming apps. There is plenty of room to relax while watching your favorite shows as you spend time with friends, family, or both. There are also board games and a foosball table available for added entertainment.

A formal living room with a fireplace greets you as you enter this charming historic home.

DINING ROOM:
There is enough space to comfortably seat 6 at the dining table. There is also a foldout table and chairs that can accommodate 4 additional guests.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water. All your basic kitchen supplies such as plates, cups, pots, pans, and utensils are provided. There is also a combination coffee pot and k-cup maker as well as a toaster.

OUTDOOR:
After a busy day, head to the backyard to unwind on the spacious outdoor deck that is surrounded by a fully fenced backyard. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a fun evening outdoors.

Please return the thermostat to 78 degrees F and press the HOLD button prior to leaving. *If you have been using heat instead of AC, return the thermostat to 70 degrees F and press hold.
Clean up after your pet to avoid an extra cleaning fee.
Both doors to the laundry room should be shut. All windows and doors to the exterior should be shut and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

UF Graduation 2025

We celebrated my son’s graduation while staying at the house. Everything was perfect including the location. The best part was how clean and comfortable the house is!! John and Meredith are outstanding hosts. I would highly recommend staying at their home.

Nice place to stay

A group of professionals stayed here while attending an academic conference at UF. The house was clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. A lovely backyard where we could sit down and relax. Highly recommend.

Harvard baseball weekend

First and foremost, really appreciated the prompt communication and updates from John regarding check-in and installation of a new keypad entry which made things a breeze. He was flexible and accommodating. The house itself suited all our needs, with a fenced in backyard for the pups and close to restaurants and stores. Most importantly it was only a less than 10 minute drive to the stadium, which was especially important given the weather and changing schedule. Thank you so much and really enjoyed our time!

Above and Beyond!

My friends and I drove down to Gainesville for a fun last-minute weekend getaway and thankfully found this gem of a property! I have to say, John is easily one of the best hosts I’ve ever had! From the get-go, he was super communicative, friendly, and really went out of his way to make our trip memorable. He truly made us feel right at home, and that hospitality really stood out!The property itself is in a perfect location – under a 10 minute Uber ride to all of the cool spots in town. Not to mention we found an amazing brunch spot just down the road. The house itself exceeded all expectations – the photos don’t do it justice! We thought the backyard was so pretty and enjoyed it before going out. There was more than enough space for all 6 of us, and we all slept comfortably with the added bonus of my friend’s sweet fur baby!If you’re on the fence about booking this place, stop thinking and just do it! You won’t regret it. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Gainesville. 20/10!
