Really nice and clean hotel

Stayed here for a couple nights while my Grandfather was in the hospital next door. Hotel was very clean. My kids loved the popcorn area. Front staff was very nice. Definitely would stay here again.

Bait and switch

Yes, we showed up at 2:15 on Monday. I requested a Hanicapped room with roll in shower, as I had r hip replacement and was there that day to go to FLa Hospital to get the left hip replaced. One of my requirements is to shower with a special medicared soap the night before and also in the morning. He said there was a pricing error on that room I requested and we would have to wait till 5[30 to get if. then he said we were to early for reqular with tub. It was almost immpossible, I almost fell 2 times trying to get in and out. Very unhappy

Everything was smooth from checkin to checkout. The room was clean and comfortable. We had our 2 dogs and were impressed with the facilities and area around. There's a great area around a big pound to walk safely in daytime though not well lit at night. It's not actually part of the hotel just an extra in the neighborhood. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
