Could not get our room cleaned!! Bad!! The first night about 6PM, we had to find a maid to clean our room. The second night we arrived later and again found the room uncleaned. We talked to the housekeeping manager who didn't help us! We ended up servicing the room ourselves!! Turned an otherwise good stay into a very forgettable experience!! Next morning, housekeeping manager did not make eye contact with me. I reported the incident when we checked out. Unacceptable!!

The shower didn't have a handle to turn on the water. We were moved to a room with a tub that could not be used due to handicap requirements. The only thing they did was not charge us for the second prepaid night - we left the next morning and went to a wonderful Hilton for $10 less.

My curtains didn’t close fully and one of the sheets had a hole in it. The pillows on the bed weren’t standard size, more like small throw pillows you’d use on a couch. There also wasn’t cable TV — just a limited Dish setup — which wasn’t mentioned in the hotel description. After a long day on the road, it was disappointing to find that out.
