There was homeless men moping around the facility trying to wave my daughters down. There was a huge hole in the bathroom ceiling that was stuffed with toilet paper. The tv did not work. My room smelled like cigarettes. Thankfully I was only there for about 6 hours to get a few hours of sleep.

The TV in our room did not work. We tried to call the front desk and got no answer. There were a lot of questionable people in the parking lot and around the exterior. We chose not to walk to the front desk to get assistance.

The front desk clerk was fantastic and went out of her way to accommodate us. When we opened the door to the room we were over taken by the smell of bleach. The bathroom door was hard to close, the toilet leaked from the underneath part and worst of all the toilet was not clean it hard urine stains on the bowl also the seat was loose.

So when i checked in the girl at the front desk was very nice. But everything is was not good, the peep hole on the door you can see right in your room front the outside so i stuffed toilet paper in hole, then im using the bathroom & i look up at the ceiling & there is a big hole so im thinking is someone looking at the guest thats the vibe i get so i stuffed a washcloth in the hole thats how big it is then while im still using the bathroom on the shower curtain i see a german roach which is very nasty so i put all my belongings back into my car cause i sure dont want to take them roaches home with me. This is my 2nd time staying here & you can best believe this will be my last time.

Great checkin process. Staff very nice! Only issue is that when I booked online, I requested a room with refrigerator and microwave, but our room did not have one. It was late and we were tired, so I didn't deal with it. Room clean, minimal amenities, shower not great but it was good value for what we needed.

The room wasn’t clean, the folded top sheet had a bodily fluid looking stain on it. The woman at the front desk was nice and friendly. They gave me a refund but that was really disgusting.

Shameful and thieves.

Well for one thing we didnt stay We wete outrunning a hurricane and somehow you tried to take us 115 miles west and we were going east i called the hotel within 5 mins of booking she hung up and chargedmy card 3 times .illnever book thru you again for us driving thru the night to get home and 80.00 poorer.

Disappointment

After 30mins we decided that this was not as advertised. Cigarette burns on linen and covers, stained walls and doors, very strong odor of bleach which gaveus headaches, insects visible, tv didn't work, you could literally see outside because of cracks around ac unit. No choice but to ask for refund!!!!!!

Never again

Room smelled of old cigarette smoke and overwhelming. People still outside at 11pm with loud music. Virtual checkin down when we arrived and had to wait 45 mins to check in just to be told if we changed rooms they would have to "upgrade me"- we cancelled the same day and went elsewhere.
