Yes, it's true! You've found a convenient location and quality provisions right at the edge of campus. Beautifully maintained 3 bedroom condo w/ open, vaulted ceilings. Quality beds and linens and a fully stocked kitchen with full sized laundry as well. Top floor and very quiet! Fitness center and pool is one building over. You're minutes walking to the new baseball complex and other southwest sports stadiums. You can also walk over to Lake Alice and through campus to Reitz Union, Ben Hill Griffin Stadium and the O'Dome. You're also right down the street from Shand's and very close to the medical/vet schools, or the VA, the Harn Museum, Florida Museum of Natural History, or Phillip's Performing Arts Center. Easy parking no matter what the day, bus stop right in front.
