Came to celebrate my 20th birthday and let me just say that I am BEYOND AMAZED!!! I loved the decor and everything was very conveniently within reach and no issues at all! Neighborhood is safe and you are literally in the center of everything!! Restaurants, shopping, etc!

Great location!

We rented this property to attend my daughter's graduation from UF. The property is very conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. The host was very easy to communicate with. The community is very quiet and all the neighbors very friendly. We had a wonderful time! I highly recommend this property.

Honestly had a great experience. The place looked very nice from the photos and was just as nice in person. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and stay there in my next visit to Gainesville.
