Tucked between downtown Gainesville and the UF campus, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is your cozy retreat in the heart of downtown. Whether you’re here for a game, graduation, or a peaceful getaway, you’ll love the mix of comfort, charm, and nature all around you.

Located on a quiet, friendly street on the edge of College Park, you’ll find neighbors tending gardens and waving from their porches. Walkable, safe, and close to everything — downtown, UF, and Shands Hospital are just minutes away.

Good to Know

- Bedroom 2 connects the main living area to the master suite. Guests can walk through it or use the master’s private backyard entrance.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM

It was a good stay. Had a small issue with back bathroom but host took care of it immediately. The place was a tad smaller inside than inticipated but overall it was very nice.
