The rooms are very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made our stay comfortable. However, the lighting could definitely be improved, the room felt a bit dim. Breakfast was decent, but the service was just okay. They start packing up around 9:00–9:15 even though breakfast is supposed to go until 9:30, which isn’t fair to guests who come down closer to that time. The coffee was also only lukewarm. Lastly, it would be great if the washroom had an exhaust fan for better ventilation.

Room was clean. Phone was completely yellow stained and outdated. Carpet throughout the hotel smelled musty and could use a deep cleaning and deodorizer. Shops close, however construction right next door on shared parking lot. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Check in was awful. Waited about 5 minutes for the gentleman to come from around the corner. Worker constantly tries to Talk over you. Was rude to a guest checking in before me because that guest didn’t know about the parking fee from his last visit. “Well since you’re familiar with the hotel as you said, I don’t need to tell you about breakfast or check out”. My First room smelled like mold almost before you even opened the doo, huge crack down the side of the shower, lights did not work, and when I picked up the phone to call the desk it did not work. Called on phone. Front desk worker said we could possibly switch as long as we didn’t touch anything for the next guests. Encouraged him to check room for issues before giving it to another person. Walk into 2nd room and the flat screen TV at the door is completely shattered. Called again to let him know and that we would be leaving. Got out of elevator and worker met me at the elevator with a third key asking us to stay. Said he knew the TV was broken which was why he was trying to give me the third room. When I asked why he gave me a room with a shattered TV at the door with young children with me (and the fact that I paid for a working hotel room…) he said he just forgot about it. Encouraged him to let the manager of the hotel know about the first room and the safety issue of the second. Again, constantly trying to speak over me to a point I was almost yelling. Just Left. Reaching out to Expedia as well.

Clean with great breakfast

It was nice and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was kind to my son. Pool was nice. Location was great for food, etc. Roads are busy getting to the hotel, but parking was good. It's nice when you find a hotel that can accommodate a larger family like ours in one room. Breakfast was fantastic!
