Brand NEW AIRBNB--Fall in Love with this very cute 2/2 bath home with large patio deck perfect for entertaining. Very close to the University of Florida, less than one mile away from stadium. Perfect for any UF sporting event, parent visit or a quick Gainesville getaway! Stainless steel appliances, kitchen, washer/dryer, both bedrooms have king beds, fenced deck back yard with Grill. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled, tile throughout, GATOR Themed!

2 king bedrooms. One is a master and the other bathroom is outside the second bedroom. Kitchen table, TV in both bedrooms and living area. Kitchen has Keurig, Toaster, Microwave Stove, Refrigerator and Dishwasher

Amazing Swamp House. Every part of the house decor absolutely blew us away! Made staying here for a game even more exciting! Walk to the stadium and downtown UF was super convenient! Will definitely book again when we are back there for a game! Communication with the hosts was top notch!
