Membership is easy and affordable and offers exceptional member only boat rental values as well. You can not reserve this home without being a boat club member. Membership is only $200 per year! and will be included in quote. If you are already a member please deduct $200 from price quote. Compound includes 8 bedrooms (with complimentary 2 bedroom add on house) One enormous master suite, 7.5 baths, formal dining room, fireplace, separate 2 bedroom guest house with additional kitchen/living room, gazebo, private boat dock, and much more. Perfect place for a wedding, family reunion, meetings, retreats, and family vacations. Anything over 40 people would require a permit and an event fee of $1500 in addition to rental fee. Any dj or amplified music must be approved before rental.
