Welcome to your home away from home on Lake Lanier—a charming Gainesville cottage designed for relaxation, connection, and unforgettable lakefront views. With 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds), this retreat is perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to unwind by the water. All new mattresses and bedding! Luxury linens for all bedrooms and bathrooms.

Wake up each morning to panoramic lake views from every room. It truly feels like you’re sitting right at the water’s edge. The home features 2 full bathrooms. HVLS fans and air conditioning for the warmer months, and radiant floors and heating to stay comfortable during the cooler months.

The full-size kitchen is ready for breakfast pancakes, lakeside lunches, or cozy dinners in. Prefer to explore? Downtown Gainesville is just minutes away and offers a variety of fantastic restaurants.

Step outside and enjoy everything the lake life has to offer:

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please set the air conditioning to 75 degrees in the summer, and 65 degrees in the winter.
Please be sure to strap the kayaks back to the rack in the upside-down position, and return all life jackets back to the deck box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
