Kitchen

The entire condo is yours — both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and shared pool access are all included. Self check-in is available via smartlock. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; checkout is at 11:00 AM.

House Rules
To ensure a great experience for all guests and neighbors, please observe the following:

No smoking or vaping of any kind — including tobacco and marijuana — inside or anywhere on or around the property. This is our most strictly enforced rule. ($250 fee)
No parties or loud music ($500 fee)
No pets ($250 fee; Service Animals are welcome with proof of current vaccinations)
Parking decal must be displayed at all times — roam towing is enforced in this community
Maximum of 6 guests
Please treat the space with care and clean up reasonably after yourself
Do not leave trash outside the unit — let's keep the community looking great
Please notify us right away if anything is damaged or not working as expected

The condo sits near SW 16th Ave, a main road. Light sleepers may notice some outside traffic, though the double-pane windows, blackout shades, and white noise machines provided are specifically designed to keep things peaceful inside.
