The same distance takes you to the famous Castello di Brolio, which offers wine tastings and a highly regarded restaurant. Gaiole in Chianti, less than 5 km away, provides cafés, restaurants and a small COOP supermarket. Also nearby is the idyllic village of Lecchi, home to the excellent Ristorante Malborghetto and a small grocery shop. Siena can be reached in around 40 minutes, while Florence, Arezzo and San Gimignano are also ideal for day trips.

The two-storey natural stone villa has been lovingly restored, preserving traditional features like terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings. Light-coloured walls, comfortable furnishings and thoughtful details create a warm and homely atmosphere.
