Although in a quiet and rural location, the property is conveniently situated. The small village of Castagnoli, home to the Osteria Il Bandito and two wineries, Cantalici and Rocca di Castagnoli, is just a few minutes away by car or around 25 minutes on foot. The lively town of Gaiole in Chianti, with its restaurants, shops and a COOP supermarket, is only four kilometres away. Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and Arezzo are all within easy reach for day trips.

The outdoor area is well maintained and ideal for relaxing. The private garden features a lovely pool and various seating areas from which to enjoy the panoramic views. A covered dining terrace and a shaded pavilion furnished with comfortable seating provide perfect spots for unwinding.



The traditional stone-built farmhouse is arranged over two floors. Inside, Tuscan character blends harmoniously with a contemporary design. Wooden beam ceilings, high-quality furnishings and a soft, neutral colour palette create a bright and stylish atmosphere.
