Event & Gathering Rules
• Pre-Approval Required: All events must be approved in advance.
• Guest Limit: Max 20 guests unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Quiet Hours: 12am-6am. No loud music or outdoor noise unless known in advance.
• Event Hours: 10 AM–12am unless pre-approved.
• Parking: Limited—coordinate ahead. Don’t block driveways.
• No Illegal Activity: No drugs, underage drinking, or disorderly conduct.
• Property Respect: No tape, nails, or staples. Damages charged.
• Cleanup: Basic cleanup and trash disposal required. Extra mess = extra fee.
• Deposit: Refundable deposit may apply. Deductions for damage or rule-breaking.
• Kids & Pets: Kids must be supervised. No pets unless approved or staying during reservation.
• Smoking: Outdoors only, in designated areas.
• No Overnight Stays: Event guests cannot stay overnight unless part of your group.

Pool Rules (If Access is Included):
• Use at Your Own Risk – No lifeguard on duty.
• Supervise Kids – Under 14 must be with an adult.
• No Diving or Rough Play – Safety first.
• Hours – 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM only unless agreed upon.
• No Glass – Plastic/non-breakable containers only.
• Bring Towels – Unless provided. Take all items when done.
• No Food in Pool – Use designated dining spots.
• Clean Up – Remove trash, toys, and personal items.
• Wear Swimwear – Proper attire required.
• No intoxicated persons allowed in the pool. Violators may be asked to leave the premises.

This cottage offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
