Located in Germantown, this charming villa offers a perfect retreat for families or groups. With five bedrooms featuring a mix of king, queen, full, and twin beds, guests find plenty of space to relax. Three bathrooms include a bathtub and hair dryer for added comfort. The villa stays cozy with heating and cool with air conditioning, making it welcoming year-round. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or gearing up for an adventure, this wonderful home provides a comfortable base. We think our place will help you experience everything Germantown has to offer. Unique features include gym with wrestling mat, private movie theater, music room/library with grand piano, the gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings, and wood-burning fireplace add charm and comfort. Outside: patio, swings, hammocks, trampoline, basketball half court. Ideal for families, artists, or unforgettable group getaways.

You can feel the love and care put into this place -- and we expect you to respect the place, too. It is a quiet community, so no laud parties, corporate events, or invited guests. It is perfect for a family vacation. The place is (well-behaved, small) dog friendly and has a fenced area for a dog. It is a house of an arthouse film director's family during the school year, the villa is available in the summer when the director is typically on a film shoot in Europe. Please note this is a house where we live in, except for the summer.

There is plenty of parking space (can accommodate 5 cars), but you need a car to move around here.
