The shared pool measures 6x3 meters, with a depth of 140 cm, and is equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, and loungers for pleasant moments by the pool. There is also an outdoor solar shower.



The property offers 6 parking spaces and a charging station for electric vehicles, available for an extra fee. Events are not allowed. Please note that the outdoor area is under video surveillance for security reasons.
