The kitchen includes all essential appliances—oven, stove, microwave, and refrigerator—and is stocked for all your cooking needs. Enjoy your morning coffee with the drip coffee maker or wind down with a hot cup of tea using the provided teapot.
Seating includes 3 barstools at the kitchen counter and a separate bar-height table for 2 overlooking the backyard and golf course.

OUTDOOR GRILL:
A propane or charcoal grill is available for guest use. Propane is provided, and guests are kindly asked to clean the grill after use.

Thanks to our wonderful property owners and amazing guests, our places stay pretty booked up — which means our rockstar cleaning crew only has a short 5-hour window to work their magic between stays.
If any flexibility opens up for your dates, we’ll be sure to reach out and offer it ahead of time. Otherwise, if you`d like a little extra time to ease in or out, we recommend booking the night before or after.

🔥GRILLS & LP TANKS:
Our owners generously provide grills at no cost. However, full LP tanks aren’t guaranteed. We do our best to make sure there’s at least 1/3 of a tank ready for you. If you need more, refills or exchanges are up to you.
