Located directly on ATV/UTV-approved trails, just 2.5 mi to West Branch Pine Creek access, 6 mi to town, 11 mi to Cherry Springs State Park, 7 mi to Lyman Run, 17 mi to Denton Hill, and 30 mi to the PA Grand Canyon—perfect for stargazing, riding, exploring, and making memories.

This two-story, brand-new cabin offers a perfect mix of comfort and outdoor charm. Downstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry room. Upstairs, the loft includes two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds (full on bottom, single on top)—plus a cozy loft area with a TV and a half bathroom.

The cabin features a 3/4 wraparound covered porch, covered hot tub, grill, and picnic table. Outside, enjoy the firepit with chairs beside a small seasonal stream, away from the road. Perfect for families or groups seeking relaxation, adventure, and quality time in a peaceful setting.

Guests have access to the entire cabin, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchen, loft, and the covered wraparound porch with hot tub, grill, and picnic area. The basement is locked and used for storage, maintenance, and cleaning supplies, so it is not accessible to guests.

We’re happy to help and always available for questions via the app, text, or phone call. We respect your privacy and prefer not to interrupt your stay, so we generally stay away from the cabin unless needed.

The cabin is two stories with a loft upstairs, but there is a bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor. Guests who prefer to avoid stairs do not need to use the second floor.

A small seasonal stream runs through the property; it is a natural tributary (not Pine Creek) and not stocked for fishing. The stream may vary with rainfall and can be low or dry in summer.

Guests using ATVs/UTVs should follow all local trail rules; helmets are recommended. The cabin is located directly on approved trails. Please no riding any ATVs/UTVs in the yard of the cabin.

The property is a peaceful, private retreat. Guests should respect neighbors. Quiet hours are 11 PM–7 AM.

Firewood is available for sale via a self-pay money box.

Propane for the grill is provided.

Hot tub instructions are important—please follow them carefully. If the water is not warm, discolored, or shows any issues, please communicate with us immediately.

The fire pit area is located near the stream; children should be supervised.

This cabin offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
