apartment, which was renovated recently, is modern, cozy and well
finished. It has large and bright rooms, furnished with high-quality
elements.
It opens into a spacious living room with dining area and sitting area with tv. Next to it, a well-equipped kitchen with access to the balcony with outdoor dining area.
The sleeping area consists of air-conditioned rooms with access to the balcony. There are 2 double bedrooms, one of which with ensuite bathroom and 1 twin bedroom. Moreover, there is another full bathroom.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One bathroom is without shower.
