Just 5 minutes away are the most renowned beaches of Baia Verde, with the clubs of the Salento nightlife.
The very bright apartment is surrounded by a balcony and terrace with sea view. It consists of a very large air-conditioned living room, full kitchen with kitchenette. Sleeping area consisting of an air-conditioned double bedroom with an armchair bed, a mezzanine double bedroom and a bathroom with full shower.
Washing machine, air conditioning, TV and wi-fi are available to guests.
Possibility of secure paid parking in the nearby port area.

The penthouse is in a privileged position because it is in the historic center, very close to Corso Roma (the main street of the city) and the beach (the first beach characterized by a smooth cliff and easy access can be reached on foot, about 100 meters away, while traveling for 1 km you reach the most famous sandy coast of Gallipoli, which includes the beaches from Lido San Giovanni to Punta Pizzo.
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out.

- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
