The structure consists of an apartment of about 70 square meters, recently built, located in the Rosa Virginia residence in Gallipoli, with access from the H staircase, on the first floor. This is the most prestigious part of the elegant residence, located in front of the beaches of Lido Piccolo and Lido S. John. You can enjoy vast common areas surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants-pizzerias and more. At the center of the residence there is a semi-Olympic swimming pool, which can be accessed at special rates. The apartment consists of a small entrance with a large room and a perfectly furnished kitchenette. There is an elegant dining area and an elegant living room, which gives onto the terrace, with side sea view, of considerable size, with table and chairs. A really elegant bathroom with shower and a small toilet. A small corridor leads to the two bedrooms. Fully air conditioned and equipped with security door with video intercom. There is also a flat-screen TV and a safe. Two beds can be obtained on the sofa located in the living room, absolutely comfortable.
Upon reservation we can provide and pay a shuttle for transport to and from Brindisi airport. Bike rental can be found in the same residence.
Breakfast is included, which is eaten at the poolside bar.
Both bed linen and towels are available, at a cost of € 40.00 per person. To be added to the cost of the stay, the tourist tax and finally the final cleaning costs, equal to € .50,00.
The center of Gallipoli can also be reached on foot in just over five minutes.
