Villa a due passi dal mare - Salento Reservation is a well-maintained and comfortable vacation home, located just a few meters from the sea with a sea view in Gallipoli, within an elegant complex of apartments in a semi-central position.
This ground-floor villa features a spacious, sea-view terrace with sunshades, perfect for relaxing and enjoying lunch or dinner while watching the sunset. The villa includes a climate-controlled living room with a relaxation area, a double sofa bed, and an additional single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities (fridge with freezer, stovetop, cookware, and oven), a bathroom with a shower, and a climate-controlled double bedroom. Both the living area and the bedroom open onto the sea-view terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy the stunning sea views and magnificent sunsets.
The villa enjoys a privileged location, just a short walk from the city center, Corso Roma (the main street), and the beach. The first beach, with smooth cliffs and easy access, is about 50 meters away on foot. By walking 1.5 km, you can reach Gallipoli's most famous sandy coastline, which stretches from Lido San Giovanni to Punta Pizzo.
