On the first floor you will find the dining room (seats 8 people), the living room, half bathroom, the kitchen, and access to the back yard.

Upstairs you will find all 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

There is another full bathroom upstairs in the hall.

2 Rooms are Spacious and have televisions. The other two rooms are cute, smaller rooms and very suitable for children as well!

In the backyard there is a NOT IN USE pool. This is the only off limit area.

There is a private garage attached to the house to park 1-2 vehicles. Additionally there is free street parking.

This is a quiet neighborhood, so please limit your noise level past 10 pm.
