Stayed with family; clean beds(no bedbugs) and clean rooms with new breakfast options every morning. Beds were slightly hard but not super uncomfortable. A/C works great and bathrooms were nice with high shower head for tall people.

The only hotel in my experience to properly make a bed with 1.) sheet, 2.) light blanket, 3.) bedspread. Others put sheet, duvet, bedspread. Also: the best free breakfast ever. Really really good. The room was in great condition, everything worked, and the tv channels hadn’t been tampered with.

Staff was friendly, breakfast mediocre, shower in room 220 did not work. Asked to be contacted by management when we checked out. Front staff took my phone number and said they would call. I never heard from management. I feel that I should get some type of compensation because the shower did not work.
