This could be a perfect 10, $150 a night hotel if they just had a normal front desk and had a tasty breakfast with eggs and fruit. Also put a couple pairs of 25 cent ear plugs in the room. The trains woke me up a couple times. Keep the price under $100 get rid of the carpet and this hotel is the best!!!!

Room was better than average, the heater was broken, the heat stayed on if turned on and if I turned it off it would get too cold. They obviously knew about it because the heat was off when I got there. Not a fan of the virtual check in. There was no around if had a question to ask and I even tried calling the front desk and ask for a late check out because I was running behind and then told me I have 10 min or I will charged $25. The hotel was pretty empty and I thought they would want my business and I will not stay there again because of the attitude of staff. The jetted tub was nice in the deluxe suite. Fit two pretty comfortable.

Would never stay there again. And if Days Inn is going to stick with the virtual check in…. Won’t stay at another. Could not understand the person talking and he was about as helpful as a dropper full of water in a forest fire. Breakfast was terrible.

Best part was the water pressure in the shower . The heater worked very well also. Beds were a little soft, but everybody has their preference $20 cost for my dog which was not bad.

We got catfished badly! The online pictures show a completely different hotel. When we got to our first room, the whole room smelled like someone’s body odor plus broken tile in the bathroom, various stains on the carpet. We were moved to another room that was exactly the same besides the body odor. This hotel needs a desperate renovation.

The stay was horrible. Not as I expected. The bed was very uncomfortable and sheets were kind of dirty. Curtains were dirty and could here everything in the next room and hallways. Train noise didnt help as well.

We were traveling from California to Colorado, and just needed a place to stay to sleep halfway through. We reserved and paid for our room. We ended up getting into Gallup later than anticipated and even though we had already paid, were told we were too late to check in. So with two kids, we had to figure out another place to sleep after driving 12 hours:(

Clean room, polite staff

Check-in was quck and easy. Polite staff. Room was clean. The only issue we had was a loose tile in the bathroom floor. Other than that, it was great for an overnight stay on our road trip. The Hotel has two floors, no elevator. So if you have heavy luggage or a mobility issue, be sure to ask for a room on the 1st floor.
