The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was very good, plenty of options for a quick breakfast. The staff was very nice during check in and on top of the breakfast rush not letting anything run out. We also asked flr an extended checkout for no additional fee. We enjoyed our stay here!

Terrible option

The manager who tried to check us in was rude, difficult to understand and refused to follow the law regarding service dogs. We chose to move to another hotel. The property was not in good condition, and the pool was not maintained.

It was a surprise to see the nice and clean room and helpfull staff, they changed our room asap as we wanted to have a second floor room. The area is near the I40 exit, but the hotel is perfect for an overnight during travelling.

Holes

I booked a non refundable room. Room was clean but comforter had holes from cigarette burns. Was offered another room. Not any better. Staff was nice. Not her fault. Left and did not spend the night. Was told to speak to Expedia about a refund. Property denied refund. Will not be staying at another red roof hotel!
