No towels

No bath towels. Went to take a shower @ six in the morning. No towels. Call office they said I had to come get them. So I had to get dressed and go out In 38 degree weather to get them. All breakfast food was starch. Not good for my blood sugar.

Front desk staff is unengaging, unfriendly, unconcerned, indifferent and generally uninterested in the guests' concerns. There was construction in the room next door and we were not offered any accommodation such as moving us. I asked if we could come up with an idea how long the pounding and sawing would continue. I was told, "we don't know." I asked if we could find out? After an excruciatingly long hold I was given no additional information. The front desk attendant couldn't even manage to say, "sorry for the inconvenience." The entire staff from the front desk to housekeeping need intensive customer service training. Breakfast had no protein or fruit, only sugar and carbohydrate. Terribly noisy, from trains blowing horns all night to other guests standing outside speaking loudly.

Super noisy, room was rundown and dirty, sheets were all full of little cotton pill balls from use and scratchy. Tv did not work. AC was wonky and when it would kick on made the room smell like old woman perfume that made me cough and sneeze all night. Super noisy all night long. Staff was very friendly though. Breakfast was decent looking.
