Nearly Perfect Stay!

Our trip was nearly perfect. Great property, wonderful room, friendly staff, wonderful furniture, great bathroom…everything was fantastic. Except the beds. While clean and well done, the bed was not soft or comfortable. Honestly, we both did not sleep well because of it, enough so that we might not return. BUT I do want to tell you that everything else WAS wonderful. It was just the beds that we were disappointed in. But please know we LOVED everything else!

We had to change rooms twice. The first room had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. The second room, my son accidentally clogged the toilet by just using the restroom once, there was no maintenance on site to fix the problem. The third room we just settled in. It had the same smell, not as bad. Usually this hotel is our favorite to stay at. We never had issues before. So this time it was unfortunate.
