Another Deluxe feature for 306 are three beautiful balconies to enjoy.  The large bonus balcony off the living area has a seating area around a table and chairs to accommodate four guests with room to spare.  Guests can see the pool, the beach, and the beautiful grounds from its perfect placement in the complex.  A Juliette balcony is in the dining area, and a regular bedroom balcony with seating is off the bedroom.  Two queen beds, a well-designed kitchen, and a large, comfortable living space create a perfect paradise for guests.

Situated on the east end of the island, our beachfront condominium is near the intersection of the seawall and the main entrance to the island. Enjoy easy access to the Seawall and historical district’s parks, shopping, museums, trendy cafes, and cultural hotspots, making your stay as comfortable and customizable as you desire. There are no meters or other hassles of street parking here as parking is in a designated lot on the north side of the building, with other overflow parking available if needed.
