Situated on the east end of the island, our beachfront condominium is near the intersection of the seawall and the main entrance to the island. Enjoy easy access to the Seawall and historical district’s parks, shopping, museums, trendy cafes, and cultural hotspots, making your stay as comfortable and customizable as you desire. There are no meters or other hassles of street parking here as parking is in a designated lot on the north side of the building, with other overflow parking available if needed. The open-concept living room is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With the relaxing view of the beach, it's the perfect space to unwind! Leave your cares, pool towels, and other amenities behind. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes and appliances. Each bedroom has its own bathroom for added privacy. A generous amount of pool towels are provided and can be exchanged at the front desk as often as needed to enjoy the on-site heated pool and hot tub. Other onsite amenities for your enjoyment include tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, picnic grills, and hammocks. Our management team is committed to ensuring your living experience is smooth, enjoyable, and sure to produce fond memories. Prompt response to maintenance requests and a friendly approach make us stand out.

Beautiful location, but the unit could use some updating. Also, got splinters from balcony chairs. They are in need of repair or replacement. Also, please upgrade soap bars. They disintegrated within a day. Also, front desk employee made us very uncomfortable about using gate to get items from the beach. We had a cart full of chairs, etc., that we just needed to roll through to put right back in our vehicles. The good … decently well stocked kitchen, comfortable couches & beds.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo and amenities were sufficient, but I continue to be disappointed in the level of service post-Covid. For the price of the stay, I keep expecting some of the amenities to be brought back. There is no cleaning service during your stay (if you stay less than 7 days), you are restricted to the number of towels you can use (used to be unlimited), the beach is not combed nearly as nicely as it used to be... to name a few.
