Located within an 8-minute walk of the pristine sands of beautiful Sea Isle Beach, This two-story 3BR/2BA home which sleeps 8 is perfect for a relaxing vacation. . Relax on spacious front deck, or sip morning coffee on the private upstairs balcony. Watch TV in the open air of a downstairs sitting area. Let the family dog run in a fenced backyard. There’s even an outdoor shower! Walk to the nearby community pool and enjoy a refreshing dip.

LIVING AREA

The living area features beachy decor and comfortable seating for six on a queen-size sleeper sofa and three chairs. Enjoy your favorite shows on a 48” flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find a full suite of stainless steel appliances – including an electric range, a refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, and a dishwasher.

While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for four. When it’s time to eat, gather at a dining table for eight.

BED & BATH

This two-level home sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the main living area.

The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, desk, 32” flat-screen TV, baby crib and private balcony with seating for two. An en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while a third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Beneath the front deck is an outdoor picnic area with a table and a 40” flat-screen TV. This area also includes an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing after a fun-filled day at the beach -- or for cleaning up the family pet.

A spacious front deck features seating for four, and there is a private balcony off the master bedroom.

Enjoy the community fishing pier, exclusive for residents and renters. **In addition, the sparkling community pool is just a short walk away. **Community Pool requires pool pass for renters. Cost is $100 for 7 days for up to 10 people. Pool pass can be purchased through the Sea Isle office. Office open Monday - Friday for pool pass purchase.

Had a great time with the family. House was stocked with games and such in case you didn’t bring any, bathrooms were clean and well stocked, and kitchen had everything we needed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a Galveston escape just a bit south of the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Spacious but cozy

We all were happy with the rental. The main living area is large, open and comfortable to accommodate a group of 8. There are also several cozy places to have privacy too. Drive to beach access is just 5 minutes away.

Perfect Beach house !

Let we start off by saying that the communication with the owner was above expectations! She was so nice and always responded right away! The beach house was perfect for my family and INCREDIBLY KID/INFANT friendly. There was a crib and a high chair which was so nice to have. There was also a gate at the top of the stairs so we could be on the porch and not worry about the kids going/falling down. The neighborhood was quiet but families were all around and it had such a welcoming vibe! I loved staying in this house and would love to rent it out again next year!

Great family getaway

We loved being near the beach but away from the busy parts of Galveston. The house was great, loved the balcony off the primary bedroom. The home also has a small yard with a swing set for kids. The neighborhood has a nice park, restaurant and marina. Eva was amazing. Definitely recommend

awesome house

the house is absolutely beautiful. we really enjoyed our stay. my only suggestion would be to have the stickers removed around the swing set as they were quiet a few in the back yard. other than that this house was perfect for our 2nd annual girls trip. can’t wait to have our third
