Welcome to Beach Escape, a 4BR/3BA Galveston getaway in the Sea Isle subdivision, sleeping 10. Just a short walk to the beach with Gulf views from the top level! Enjoy an open-concept main living area, two king suites with en-suite baths upstairs, plus two fun bunk rooms (queen-over-queen and twin-over-twin) — perfect for families. Short drive to the Seawall, Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, and the Strand. Beach Escape is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

● Beach Access: Short walk to one of Galveston`s most relaxed beaches in the Sea Isle community, with Gulf views from the top level of the home.
● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day thru Labor Day — and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

Two bedrooms are also located on the primary level, including a fun bunk room with a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a second bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks — a kid favorite that comfortably sleeps the whole crew. The Sea Isle community also offers easy access to the community pool, marina, and restaurants, plus you`re just a short drive from the Galveston Seawall, Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, and the historic Strand District. Whether you`re planning a family reunion, a friends` getaway, or a long weekend by the coast, Beach Escape gives everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. There is no parking allowed under the house.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
- The left side of the gate needs to be always locked, please do not attempt to open.
