Perched along the Gulf on a quiet stretch of beautiful beach, this 4BR/3BA gem promises a dreamy coastal getaway. Take in the vista from the sun-drenched living area, where fine furniture and fixtures create an elegant atmosphere. Three tranquil suites and a guest bedroom offer plenty of privacy.

Two balconies and a covered patio offer ample outdoor space. Follow your private boardwalk to pristine white sand and emerald waters, then return home to enjoy a cookout on the covered patio at sunset.

LIVING AREA

Relaxation comes easy in the open-concept living room, furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a comfy sofa. Gather together to watch a new film on the 55” TV, or kick back and take in the view. An electric fireplace provides added allure.

KITCHEN & DINING

Plenty of counter space makes meal preparation simple in the airy kitchen. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a roomy French-door fridge.

A Keurig K-Cafe single serve coffee, lattes & cappuccino maker available for use along with a variety of k-cup pods to enjoy, as well as a percolator coffee machine with filters.

Two can keep the chef company at the spacious kitchen island. Dine by the light of an elegant chandelier at a natural wood table for eight.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps up to 10 guests between the four bedrooms (each with a king size bed) and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Wake to gorgeous Gulf vistas in the peaceful master suite, detailed with a stately king bed and a 55” Roku TV. The en-suite master bathroom, which is also accessible from the living area, features a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom serves as an additional master suite with a king bed, 55” TV, and access to a balcony. An en-suite bathroom is configured with a sparkling walk-in shower.

The third bedroom has a king bed, balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom (also accessible from the hallway) appointed with a tub/shower combination.

Galveston Vacay

We just got back from our stay at this property. Joanne is a great host. I have never stayed in a place so well stocked. She literally has everything you would need for the beach and the house there for you. It is 30-40 minute drive away from the hustle and bustle of most of the Galveston attractions, but we didn't mind that. We had 8 adults and two children 2 yr. old and 20 month old. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved being right on the beach.

We continue to go back to this lovely home. This is our third year. The owner, Joanne, is delightful and very responsive. There are continual improvements every year. The home is very well stocked with supplies. I highly recommend this home.

Great Vacation Home

This is a wonderful vacation home. There have been updates that are appreciated. There are chargers in all of the rooms. The beach towels are greatly appreciated. There are a lot of extra staples such as coffee, paper towels, kleenex, trash bags, dishwashing soap, washing machine soap, etc. The owner is fantastic to work with and is very accessible. We look forward to our next stay. Having king size beds in every room is wonderful! It is an inviting house that is airy. The covered porches are wonderful. The addition of two leather chairs in the living area are great!

Our stay was wonderful! House was clean and tidy! View was great from both balconies. My grandkids loved the house and beach access was perfect. When I text owner she was quick to respond and always answered my questions. She let us check out at a later time and check in early knowing how long of a drive we had. Very accommodating. Terramar Beach House

Overall the house was great! Perfect size and layout for our group. The location was great too. Further away from town but not too far down the island that we didn't hav resources for food etc.. The owner was very responsive whenever there was a question or a request. High marks for that! The house does show signs of wear and tear both on the exterior and the interior that the owner should address but nothing that dramatically impacted our experience there. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely book this property again in the future!

Great location

The location was great. The layout of the house was great. The cleaning crew did not leave enough of the basics: no extra paper towels, garbage bags for 9 people for 4 days. We had to buy a lot of the basics but the owner was very understanding & refunded a portion of our rent. Also, the property needs some maintenance & the furniture could stand to be replaced ir get a deep clean.

What a great weekend

This is the second time we have stayed at this property but the first time with the new owners. This property is so fantastic. So much space, natural light, and right on the sand. We had a very small issue right at the very beginning but the owners jumped right on it and had everything perfect right away. This will be our return spot yet again

Great house few steps away from the beach

We loved our stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and the kitchen was well equipped to make our breakfast, lunch and dinners. The access to the beach was very convenient and the beach was clean and felt very private. The house is located within a short drive to convenience stores and restaurants. We highly recommend it.
