Stay away ! The motel 6 is a nicer then this hotel

Room had to be kept to cold. Elevator by office looked like it would fall apart. Shower head needed cleaned. Hotel looked run down and very old. Not worth the money paind. Staff was friendly but the hotel sucked in general. Elevator compliance expired july of 2024. So that will tell you alot and it looks like it is rdy to fall apart. Will not be wasting my money here again. I can stay at a nicer motel 6 or days inn.

This is a great property . Always clean and friendly until the male counter help . He seemed to have a contempt for being bothered . I walked I. After making reservations for my Second night and he seemed very rude . The night before I had a lady with glasses was very nice and helped he was a far contrast to my his hotel . I don’t know his name but I think he should maybe take a class on customer service . I made the reservation on my phone but Wxpedia failed to send my confirmation . I opened my phone to my email And he stared over to look at my emails as I searched for confirmation and said he does not see a confirmation email / This is very rude invading my privacy looking at my emails . He his is unacceptable and I hope someone speakers to him about his mannerisms. That stopped me from stating a second night . H was the only blemish on this nice hotel . If you encounter this in the moloyee keeps distance and know he does not have any friendly customer service skills . I hope they can make him understand that customers are why they are in business.

Customer Service Issues!!!!

Booked room with the option to pay more for ocean view. When we got to hotel my view was of the grocery store next door and parking lot. Was not able to sleep due to cars doing burn outs in parking lot at store at all hours of the night. Also when I was unable to sleep I got up to go the restroom and slipped on the wet floor. The a/c leaked water all over the floor I called for service and they said there was nothing they could do because the hotel was sold out and no other rooms available. Got up early left the dive of a hotel you guys recommended on your site and will never go back there again. May possibly never use your services again either, I had same issues with Expedia with another hotel that was even worse there in Galvaston and this is why I deleted their app and downloaded yours. Biggest upset was after paying a pretty expensive rate for this dive I wanted to speak to the manager after I made complaint with front desk and representative took keys and acted like it was no big deal and snapped at me when I asked her about the view and she said it was a partial view of ocean but clearly on your website there is no partial about it. I was in a rush to get out of that place unable to take advantage of complementary breakfast and didn’t use pool do to the fact my wife and I were so upset. Last thing about service at this hotel is that the manger was hiding in back in her office because there was another customer the to complain about mold in their room.

This is a MOTEL

2 big downfalls- this is NOT a hotel, it is a Motel Second there is NO ice machine on property. If they have an issue with clients using too much ice, put in a machine for us to pay for it. Yes there is a Kroger right next door, but they ran out of ice on Sat night, its horrible we cant even make a drink in our room because theres no ice.
