Terrible breakfast, absolutely no space for sitting or to have a small child around, food was disgusting, most things were broken. Staff was very inconsiderate to customers using elevators, inconvenient ice machine, no bathroom fan, A/C was broke when we got there, sink didn't drain prior to occupying room, was put on the 4th floor with an infant which was difficult to get down. Place needs a massive Reno and update. Over priced considering what you get/available. Elevators need to be serviced properly, floor is WARPED in the elevator by the front. Place feels very abandoned by the owner.

Poor breakfast

The breakfast buffet was less than satisfactory. Had to ask the staff for more plates, more waffle batter, and to clean up an orange juice spill. The eggs and sausage were in short supply and cold and the coffee machine was out of order.

I am not much of a complainer but the final straw got me! 1st- the room is more like a motel not a hotel. 2nd- there was a weird odor inside the room. 3rd- there was big flying roaches on the most of every hallway to the rooms. 4th- went to the pool and there was big flying roaches all over, it seems they do not use pest control at all I’ve never seen roaches in a “hotel” 5th. On my last day at 6:50am some a women I heard her voice tried to get in my room not sure how she managed to open door, if it was a homeless person or just someone drunk but she opened the door and it were for the lock at the top she would’ve came in I yelled at her that she had the wrong room but she kept on pushing and shoving the door harshly my husband got up and went to the door and she left running, how in the world was she able to open the door if they each room as individual cards?or how did she get confused with room numbers like seriously!! I debated whether to call police or not my husband said not to cause a scene but we were both so scared and I am 3 months pregnant! I decided not to call police and speak to front desk well room phone don’t work so had to search for hotel number I called and front desk said oh she must of confused the room how is this even possible I asked should I call cops and he said no we will check cameras! He then retracted and said if you want to call cops you can up to you we decided not call cops! Can you send someone to get different keys!

The room smelled like mildew and we were not able to move to another stated it was just the humidity which I know better and the sheets on the bed had blood on them and stains and they were upset that they had to change them stating that the sheets had been washed and the breakfast the sausage and eggs were burnt and it acted like we bothered them when we asked if we could get things refilled very disappointed and only one out of all the employees greeted us one time while we were walking through to breakfast. When we checked in there were three employees not one greeted us

The say was over all good our room had a broken lock but it was clean. Beds were okay but to hard for my liking and would have slept better if people weren’t hollering and running around at 1 am.

it was horrible i want my money back thats for sure i will be contacting llc and or upper management. i got stuck in the elevator 3 times and my fiancé once, there is no ac in there and if someone would get stuck lets just say 4 or 5 people in the elevator very dangerous and life threatening, plus the room i reserved said i had a ovean view the only view i had was a pool that was unusable and i paid all that money and in the morning coffee machine down breakfast was cold and ot was one of my worst experiences

This hotel should not be open! And should have inspections…. Pool had green water and was unbelievable dirty….. next to my room was trash from bathrooms and full trash cans I was afraid to sleep thinking roaches will get to the room under the gaps on the front door.
