Loved the old farm house feel - reminded us of Grandparents’ houses! We enjoyed watching the horses across the street. And it was so close to DuPont Forest! We had a few rain showers come through which were relaxing to watch from the covered porch.

The home's layout and decor are perfect! Comfortable bedrooms, huge kitchen, several sitting areas for us to hang-out, and large porches. The beach access was just a 30-second walk from the house.

Great stay in Beachtown (we'll be back)

We had a wonderful family birthday weekend in Beachtown. This property is beautiful and extremely well appointed - way above and beyond the typical short term rental. We experienced a minor issue with the property (smoke detector repeatedly going off) and the property manager and developer were both responsive and hands on in helping us resolve. We'll be back!

30A Vibes in Galveston!

This vacation home is beautifully appointed, equipped with everything you would ever need and in such a quiet, lovely community. This location on East Beach is super easy to get to. The walk to the beach is picturesque and only takes minutes. You can even rent chairs and umbrellas from the super helpful property mgmt. company. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Property was absolutely perfect and had everything that we needed to enjoy our first stay in Galveston! Beautifully appointed, thoughtfully designed, and full of that effortless coastal charm! As an Interior Designer, I appreciated the upscale touches from comfy upscale furnishings to accessories. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed! Lots of open spaces but privacy for each family member! The house was immaculate! The neighborhood reminded us of where we have vacationed for many years, Rosemary Beach and 30A! This will be our new vacation spot as we live only 3 1/2 hours away! I hope that Galveston invests more in this piece of paradise as Rosemary Beach has become way too crowded and difficult to get to! We had the beach to ourselves as there was no one even close to us! This will go down as one of our most relaxing and wonderful vacations to date! We all just loved it!!
