Beautiful canal and bay side home in Jamaica Beach

Beautiful and spacious bay front home with unobstructed sunset views. Located in a cul-de-sac with 270 feet of prime bulkhead for fishing. One boat slip is available for tie off with two additional uncovered spots for tie off. (boat lift not available) Fishing lights on the boat deck, not in the water.

This gorgeous beach house comfortably sleeps 12 with five bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath. The most amazing outdoor spaces plus a fabulously large, screened in porch where you can enjoy the gulf breezes without any bugs!

Occupancy Policy
For a comfortable stay and in accordance with our house rules, the home accommodates up to 10 adults (18+) maximum - up to 12 total guests when including children.

We aim to keep the home affordable for smaller groups. Therefore, there is an additional charge of $25 per night for each guest beyond 10 (regardless of age) and applies to the entire reservation. Please ensure your guest count is accurate when booking.

Exceeding the property maximum will result in eviction without a refund. Maximum combined guests and visitors during the day is 15 including children.

Parking
As per the City of Jamaica Beach permit, maximum of 4 vehicles permitted on the driveway and no lawn or street parking - carpooling is highly recommended. Any additional vehicles can park in the City Park parking lot located on Jolly Roger Rd.

Pet Policy
Fully house-trained adult dogs are allowed to a max of two and max 60lbs each - NO exceptions - $90 (plus booking platform fee and tax) non-refundable pet fee per dog per stay. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after (doggie bags provided) and are in a kennel if left alone inside the home. Only dogs are allowed - no other types of pets.

An additional fee of $100 per pet in addition to the standard pet fee will be charged and/or eviction without a refund for undisclosed pets.

Service Dogs - Texas House Bill 4164 penalties for falsely representing an animal as a service animal is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a $1000 fine and 30 hours of community service.

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, drip & single cup Keurig coffee maker, full size washer and dryer and smart TVs.

Located in the heart of Jamaica Beach. Perfect for family vacations, fishing trips, or a relaxing weekend away.

SAFETY – there is no fence or gate blocking access to the boat slip or canal. It is the adult guest’s responsibility to ensure supervision of all children and pets.

Weather event cancellations - eligible for refunds when weather or conditions result in a mandatory evacuation order or large-scale outage of essential utilities. Note June through November is considered high storm and hurricane potential season. Travel insurance is recommended - although ensure you are aware of covered conditions.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, able to provide government issued photo ID, and have completed the verification process on the booking platform OR have at least one 5-star guest review. NO third-party bookings permitted. The primary guest that books must be at the home for all the nights.

This was a beautiful house on a corner lot with lots of canal access! Communication with the house was great. The property was well stocked with lots of fun extras like paddle boards and a kayak! Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway!

Amazing sunset view! This home is a hidden gem. It was very clean and well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds super comfortable. We loved the screened in porch and the sunny pier. Already thinking about booking again for the future!

We had the BEST Thanksgiving getaway here! The house was spotless, beautifully kept, and so thoughtfully stocked. All the extras:plenty of toilet paper, laundry detergent, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, trash bags, and even an additional washer and dryer made our stay incredibly convenient. The cute bows placed around the house were such a sweet touch!The layout was perfect for our group. The two downstairs bedrooms worked wonderfully for the adults, while the upstairs gave each kid their own bed and space to spread out. The house stayed nice and cool the entire stay, which we really appreciated.The home was also very easy to access, perfectly secluded, and in such a peaceful location,yet still just a quick drive to the grocery store and anything else we needed.The host checked in during our stay, was very easy to communicate with, and made everything smooth. We even ended up extending our stay by a day because we were enjoying it so much!We also loved all of the outdoor toys and games. From ping-pong and cornhole to washers and long days of fishing from sunup to sundown, there was always something to do, and our kids had an absolute blast.This place was exactly what we hoped for, a home-away-from-home where our families could relax, play, and make memories. We’re already talking about making this trip an annual tradition!
