The canal is great for swimming and you can use the ladder on the dock to get in. 3 block walk to the beautifully maintained private beach and access to all that Sea Isle has to offer including a marina, key to the private boat launch, bar and restaurant, and private gated fishing pier. Complimentary keurig with k-cups and coffee pot with coffee provided in fridge. Wi-fi, 55 in. LED tv. in livingroom and 55 in. LED flat screen in master. 2 full baths, Full washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Queen sized bed in the master, 2 sets of single bunk beds in the 1st guest room and a full sized bunk in the 2nd guest room. No garage access. There is a communal pool but renters are required to go to the office directly next to the pool to pay for a pass in order to have access. The owner has nothing to do with access to the pool.
