The contemporary finishes, high ceilings, and bold pops of color greet you when you walk in. All of the living spaces are conveniently located on the main level, including the 3 bedrooms. The primary suite features a comfortable king bed and en suite bathroom. A queen bedroom and bunk room are across the hall, perfect for the kids and teens who love having their own space.

Gather in the living area, and spread out on the couches for movie night or enjoy game nights at the dining table. Grab some snacks from the abundant storage in the kitchen. Fully-equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and plentiful counter space, whipping up any cravings is a breeze.

Ready to hit the beach? Your favorite Island activities are just 4 houses away. Beachcomb through the sand, soak in the sun, or ride the waves. The hard part will be choosing what to do!

When you're ready to clean up, the home comes with a bonus full bathroom on the ground level, complete with a full size washer and dryer. Wash away the salt and sand from your fun filled day, then head upstairs to watch the Galveston sunset from the picnic table while enjoying fresh bbq cooked on the charcoal grill on the patio. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

Great Location, Terrible Property

The location of the property was perfect. Unfortunately there were so many problems with the house that put a big damper on the vacation. The sliding glass door would not lock so the only way to secure that door was to lower the storm shutter, which blocked access to the exit when we were sleeping, not super safe. The double over double bunk beds were so rickety that we didn’t feel safe having anyone sleep in the top bunk. The back deck and the front steps were in pretty bad shape and need lots of maintenance work done and boards replaced. The dishwasher was not secured and was difficult to open and close as it tipped forward when the door was opened. At one point the doorknob fell off of the front door when we entered the house. Luckily the property management company was out to fix that pretty quickly. These are just the larger issues with the house. The owner of this property needs a lot of maintenance to make the house both safe and enjoyable.

Easter Tradition

Rental process was was very easy - great communication and helpful information given . The house is very old - paint chipped and peeling on molding in bedrooms - and bathrooms - no ceiling fans in bedrooms - front guest bedroom had a musty beach house smell. Some items new - microwave , windows… stains on carpet in bedrooms . It’s not a fancy or updated beach house but it was fine for a weekend . Favorite part - Covered Back porch - fenced in -good for pets or kids - was nice and view was pretty !

Great location with good accommodations.

The property was well equipped for a longer stay - especially the kitchen . The only suggestion we would make would be that the owner upgrade the bathrooms.

Beach House Great Location

The place was nice and clean. Repairs need to be made. Kitchen front came off. Bedroom window was taped together. Towel bar fell on off.
