Have a relaxing Gulf Coast getaway at this newly (March 2021) constructed 3-bed, 2-bath Sea Isle beach house located on a quiet canal. With 2 large sprawling decks overlooking the canal, you'll have no problem getting on vacation time. You are welcome to bring your boat and park it at the slip in the water directly behind the house during your stay. Don't forget your fishing poles as the house is located on a canal perfect for fishing.

Located in a quiet neighborhood just a quick drive or golf cart ride from the beach, this spacious, well-equipped home puts you within close range of Galveston's family-friendly attractions. INSIDE THE HOUSE

Inside, you’ll be welcomed by a light and bright open floor plan filled with upscale furnishings and beachy décor. Modern amenities and thoughtful details will make you feel right at home.

With a large comfy sofa and an abundance of seating, , a 40" Smart TV with YouTube TV, XFinity Streaming and Netflix, and an open floor plan, the living room is the place to relax after a long day in the sun. But with high-speed Wifi for streaming and an HD TV throughout, everyone can watch their own show.

Just off the living room is the open kitchen, featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, coffee bar fully stocked with all the essentials. Enjoy meals at the dining table for 6, with room for 5 more at the over-sized kitchen island.

A full-size washer and dryer will help keep packing light.

Bedroom #1 - King Bed with HDTV and closet, sharing guest bathroom in hallway.

Bedroom #2 - (2) Full over Twin bunk beds with guest bathroom in hallway.

Bedroom #3 - Master bedroom with King Size Bed, HDTV, walk in closet, private bathroom/ with walk in shower and private deck perfect for relaxing.

All together the house has enough space to sleep 10 people comfortably.

Downstairs, you’ll find an outdoor shower, a covered lounge area and a lawn the family can enjoy. Catch a sunset from the outdoor decks. There is also a tv on the bottom level perfect for watching your favorite sporting event.
