This house was very small but cute and the layout worked well. It is close enough to downtown and the beach to enjoy dinner out, time at the pier and a relaxing day at the beach. It is also far enough away from the crowds of spring break offering a great get away. This house would be perfect for a family with kids that don't mind bunking all together for an all-night giggle session. We would definitly return for more visits

We had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and very peaceful. Everything we needed was provided. Communication was smooth and check-in/check-out was easy. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay again.

Because of the horrible conditions of the property we did not stay a single night. At first we were a little concerned about the abandoned looking trailer/house maybe a hundred feet in front of the house we rented that was not pictured in the description. As we walked around the property and we all became more and more disturbed and disgusted by the state of the house. There was dead bugs everywhere, including on top of the “clean” bed, that also had grass and dirt like an animal had laid on it. When we first came in the bathroom’s window had been open letting in rain. The bathroom trashcan was completely full. There was a part of the shower which had been rotted and there was silverfish crawling around. The flooring had been cracking and seperating, and not cleaned in what looked like weeks. The couch had what looked like urine stains on it from an animal and smelled like urine and the whole house smelled of mold and mildew. The underpinning was pulled away from the house allowing access to wild animals, there was also a window that had the screen pulled off of it. We heard several concerning noises from what sounded like inside the walls. When we finally had enough and began to leave we saw a opossum running out from under the house.We still have no confirmation that the owners will be giving our money back and have had no communication with anyone able to actually help us. We have literally been scammed

We were disappointed it was not as cozy as pictures indicated. Grass was long and inviting for mosquitoes. The pool water was low and we weren’t sure it was prepared for guest. Inside, there was a small, very worn couch. And the bedding was not comfortable. We ended up only staying one night. The landscaping crew did arrive Saturday as we were loading our car. Host was very nice but the property has untapped potential.

The pool was great and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was a great quiet spot in the hustle and bustle of summertime at the beach. There were a few minor repairs that are needed to be fixed, but nothing that really impacted our stay. They might also want think about adding a microwave to the kitchen.
