Set right on the beach, Front Row lives up to its name with incredible Gulf views from almost every room.

Soak in the salty breeze and sunshine from the expansive deck—perfect for morning coffee, family dinners, or just watching the waves roll in. A picnic table on the deck makes outdoor meals a breeze, while a private outdoor shower downstairs helps you rinse off the sand before heading inside. Inside, the main level features an open-concept layout filled with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with extra seating. A spacious dining table brings everyone together, whether it’s for meals or late-night board games.

The first-floor primary suite offers a king bed, private bath, and direct access to the deck. Upstairs, you’ll find four colorful, comfortable bedrooms and a second living area with a TV, DVD player, and queen sleeper sofa—perfect for extra guests or a cozy movie night.

Guests have access to Sea Isle amenities, including a community pool (with $100 pass), tennis courts, park, bait shop, convenience store, and restaurant. Planning a larger group trip? Front Row can be rented alongside neighboring homes (The Beach House and The Perky Pelican) for even more space.

The Sea Isle Pool is open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Guests must call Sea Isle HOA at 409-737-2438 to obtain pool passes. The pool passes are 10 for $100. They are open Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm.
