The staff we interacted with were friendly. We had an issue of not having hot water, when I went to take a shower, the first night we were there. My husband reported it, first thing, in the morning & it was fixed when we returned to our room later in the day.

Hotel does not look anything like the pictures. Place smelled like urine and cigarettes. Our shower sprayed water right out the curtain getting the entire floor wet. Unable to move nozzle. As soon as we walked into the room our feet were sliding from how slick the floor was. There was an entire film on the floor that felt greasy. Literally had to walk on a towel it felt so gross. The bed was lumpy and sunk in on the middle. Was ready to leave super early and will never go back.
