★HUGE 4BD Near Beach!Fenced Yard|Pet&Kid Friendly★

You will find that you are right in the middle of everything there is to do in Galveston during your stay! We are an easy walk to many nice restaurants, diners, bars, attractions, and the beach. Galveston is also a great place to bring your bike to make getting around to everything fast and fun.

We are 1 block from Offatts Bayou and access to the bay. You can walk to Jamail Bay Park to fish from the pier or drop your kayaks in the water!

We are only 2 miles from Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens, and only 1 mile from the beach!

The back and front yard are fenced, and there is quite a bit of space in the back yard for kids or animals to play and get some exercise. Just please pick up after them.

We have a large 2 car garage that you can park a vehicle in on the right side - the left side is not for parking. We have tables, chairs, grill, and a few toys/games if you'd like to host a BBQ or small outdoor event. The driveway is also large enough for most boats, travel trailers, and RVs.

We have WiFi in the house, and the TV is hooked up to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and over the air channels.

We had to cancel our stay after arriving in Galveston because there was no communication from the host. Repeated attempts to reach them were unsuccessful, and even VRBO was unable to get in contact. This left us stranded and forced us to cancel and find alternate accommodations.

The overall impression, well it was not worth the mkney spent at all. Sheets were dirty stained, found trash in house, electricity has a short or something in it. House would not stay cool. House smelled musky, like mildew from water.

Ton’s of space!

This is an old home with a lot of space. I was amazed to see how much space was in the living room and all the bedrooms. The garage does have a weird smell, but it airs out nicely. I love that this is an older home because it has so much character to it. Overall, this was a great stay. I would definitely recommend unless you have a hard time with stairs.

Big house

Well we got there and it was hot in the house with AC on. So we tried to cut the temp down and we left and came back it was still really hot in the house. So we got in contact with the owner and he tried to help us out but we had no luck getting the temp.down so he offered a refund which was very nice of him. He was really nice about it all just sorry it didn't work out for us and him. Thank you anyways.

House review

Property wasn’t cleaned cleaned.. maybe 4 out of 10. Dryer wasn’t working and washer stained all of our clothes. He did fix the washer issue but washer did not arrive till Thursday night. We were already there 5 days and only 2 more to go. There was no blender, the fridge really smelled like dead fish… the owner did reply to my msgs about the dryer but never replied anything on if they cleaned the house. Towels did not smell like they were freshly washed. They smelled like they were in the closet for the longest time. Overall it was okay.

Perfect fit

Everything from the owner to the property itself was great. Perfect for a weekend getaway with friends for an event that you don’t want to have worry about getting home after. Right by a whataburger and a donut shop and right one of the main roads in Galveston. 10/10 perfect

Family Trip

We actually did not get to complete our trip due to beach and travel restrictions, but every bit of communication with Mr. Cassidy was excellent! He answered all my questions and walked me thru the booking process without hesitation and with quick reply. I truly appreciate his help and kindness through all the craziness that's happening right now. We will book again and look forward to the next family vacation we can plan with Mr. Cassidy!
