Room was very large, pet friendly with dog disposal bags provided on property, complimentary breakfast was excellent every day! Loved the hot food options, especially the little omelets and waffles.

The lady at check-in was rude and didn't help at all. She asked for my driver's license first thing but I guess that was protocall because she did not use it. She said we had the room scheduled for two nights but I had only booked one night. From that point forward she could do nothing for us. I had booked through Expedia.com and even showed her the print out. All she would say was I needed to call Expedia to work it out. I got frustrated and paid for two nights. After a discussion with the manager it was discovered the lady had pulled up my last name of Watson but did not bother looking at my license for my first name. It was bad enough to have made the error but all would have been fine if she would have tried to fix the issue. The manager found the issue and got the refund for us. Everything from the manager on went smoothly but you know what they say about first impressions.

The room was super clean, we loved having a balcony. The front desk was so nice when I checked and super helpful. Breakfast was also good but I recommend going early. Super quiet, super clean and super friendly employees. I will definitely be staying there again on our next visit to Galveston.
