Welcome to Market Street Loft C, a delightful vintage gem with lofted ceilings, loads of natural light, and a beautifully renovated kitchen. The bedroom features a king size bed and twin/twin bunk bed. A second twin/twin bunk bed is nestled off the main living space. Enjoy al fresco dining on the large balcony overlooking downtown. Whether you’re looking to spend time on The Strand, the beach, or a quick overnight before a cruise departure, this loft is the perfect home base for your trip.

Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal.

This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present.

Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive to the beaches at the Seawall.

WINTER TEXAN RATE: If you’re trying to escape to the Gulf Coast for the winter. Please ask us about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the loft upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.

Pest Control: Due to the coastal environment, mosquitoes & seasonal pests may be present. Professional pest control treatments are performed monthly.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet Policy: One pet is welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Parking: Free and paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

The modern bathroom is just off the main area, ensuring both convenience and privacy. The living room is perfect for lounging, with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV for catching up on your favorite shows. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen or gather around the dining table for a cozy meal together.

Market Street Loft C is ideally located in the heart of downtown Galveston, just a short walk from The Strand, where you'll find an array of unique shops, restaurants, and lively nightlife spots. It's also conveniently close to the Cruise Terminal, making it a great option for a pre- or post-cruise stay. And if you're longing for the beach, it's just a short drive away.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 4 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- There is paid parking directly in front of the building. To the side of the building is free street parking when spots are available.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
