I’m definitely not staying at the Holiday inn ever. The front desk employees never heard of customer service, seems like. This place in particular stank, the room was pure bleach smell, we had to open the doors for ventilation and wait outside. Floor and everything else super dusty. A suite for 6 people they left 3 towels . Parking lot extremely dark at night. The bathroom was great size.

It was so much Bangkok upstairs and everywhere not sure what was going on but was very nosey. Constant banging couldn’t even sleep. Won’t be staying here and will definitely file a BBB complaint. The tiles in the bathroom were broken and moving . The water smelled bad . The door lock was broke . Very poorly. The banging all night and day affected the stay overall. Next time I will book a vacation rental . And even the housekeeper didn’t help. She said she didn’t speak English but then was speaking English to someone when I saw her in the parking lot .

Great place to stay!! The gentleman that checked us in was extremely friendly to everyone that came in yesterday!!! The hallways smelt nice and clean!!! The breakfast was delicious too!!! We will definitely be back!!!!
