The overnight desk clerk on 05/04 was so friendly and helpful. The young lady with clear rimmed glasses at the desk the morning of 05/07 was SO RUDE to my husband! He politely asked her what time breakfast ended and she snapped back with, “ 9:30! Like it says right there!”and pointed to the sign behind him. Then laughed at him! It was completely unnecessary and unprofessional! The hotel itself is pretty rundown and our room had cracks and water stains everywhere. Also, you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the hall from your room. I would definitely consider a different hotel!

Clean. Friendly. Run down building.

2 night stay. Firstly the staff, especially Robert on the desk, were fantastic. He was cheerful and very helpful. The place was clean and the breakfast good. The building though needs a full makeover. Very tired. The staff deserve a better hotel to match their standards.

The cockroaches were under the sink

The beds are comfortable, but the bathtub area is very bad and looks very old. The bathroom door doesn't close, and we also found two cockroaches. The balcony in the room is horrible and broken.

Needs some floor remodeling

The floor has soft spots. Definitely felt like i was going to fall through the floor at times. Our entire floor reeked like someone was smoking all night long. All the outside doors dont need a key to access hotel. I wasn't a fan of the doors being broken either. Overall the breakfast was good. Staff was super friendly. And it was clean overall
