Brand new spacious home located in the heart of Galveston 5 blocks from the seawall. We are surrounded by many family attractions and restaurants. Paddle boarding, helicopter rides, putt put, golf course, shooting range, and so much more. Unwind after a day with the family or enjoy the nightlife on the strand.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Once the key is returned to lock box please scramble code.
Set AC at 77 during the summer months and heater to 68 during winter months once you check out.
Please set a load of aoiled towels upon check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No smoking, and no pets allowed. Please do not block alley. Parking illustrations have been provided to assure that your vehicle is not towed.
Noise cut off time is 9 pm neighbors are not on vacation and they will appreciate their sleep. no trespassing, littering , vandalizing.
Please keep the peace with neighbors so that your vacation is not cut short. Respect the home and no outside guest allowed. No parties.
