Great location

We really enjoyed this hotel. It's right across from the beach. The staff was friendly and it's next door to a great pizza place and ice cream. We found that convenient as we were only staying one night before our cruise. We just walked over to pick up dinner. We will be back for a longer trip next time. Also loved that the lobby smelled nice, small detail that I noticed right away.

We have stayed in a countless number of hotels in our lifetime which played up the brand and charged an extreme amount. This Hilton Home 2 Brandi’s the best bang for the buck. We looked at the front doors safety, complete rest room, including shower Floor safety, bed comfort, lightning, balcony view and seating comfort, friendly personal, parking, free breakfast, hall lighting, quietness, blockout curtains, a/c easy to use, WONDERFUL LARGE REFRIGERATOR, garbage disposal, microwave, spacious storage shelves and the door stopper was the only thing we tripped over. Price for 5 night in sun filled GALVESTON TEXAS with a beautiful beach and sparkling blue water. It was the best vacation we’ve had in Galveston Texas at any hotel since we started visiting in 1983. Wonderful support from a front desk staff member who helped me email my speech at the last moment. I accredit most of the outstanding performance at this hotel to young management team. One of the nicest hotels we have visited in the USA. Congratulations to you team. Well trained. Thank you

Terrible stay, room above ours, children running and jumping furniture untill after 11pm. Called front desk. At 7:45am. It started all over again. Calked front desk twice. After 9am decided to check out early and when complaining we were told the quiet hours are over so we could not do anything. This wiil be our last stay at home 2 suites
