This welcoming three-bedroom, two-bath classic beach house is a perfect home base for your Galveston getaway. Designed for comfort and easygoing coastal living, the home sleeps up to 12 guests and is ideal for families, couples, and cruise travelers—pets included.

Inside, the home offers a warm, inviting layout with plenty of space to gather after a day at the beach. The living area is comfortable and relaxed, making it easy to unwind with movie nights, board games, or quiet evenings together. Beach-inspired décor throughout the home sets a laid-back island vibe that helps you settle into vacation mode right away.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, which include identity verification before check-in. Depending on the property and booking, you may be required to:

● Provide a government-issued photo ID
● Provide a valid credit card with a name matching your ID
● Confirm your contact information
● Complete our verification portal

Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is complete. All information collected is used solely for screening and verification — it is not stored or shared for any other purpose.

Surveillance Camera: There is a camera at the front of the house; at the rear of the house and doorbell ring cameras on both front and rear doors.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Prom groups / school related stays must be approved.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
