Welcome to our cozy condo! Enjoy stunning Gulf views and easy beach access from this ideally situated retreat that’s close to everything. With the beach and fishing pier just a short stroll away, you'll find endless activities at your fingertips. Our renovated unit is spotless and features a delightful view of the pool on one side and the beach on the other. The accommodation features a full kitchen, one full-size bed, two junior bunks, and a full-size sofa bed.

The community boasts two sparkling pools, complete with outdoor showers, grills, and picnic areas for your enjoyment.


Nana's Place - Conveniently located at the intersection of 61st Street and the Seawall, right across from the 61st Fishing Pier!

Quick Birthday Getaway

Found Nana’s Place for a quick 1 night getaway for my wife’s birthday with our 2 kids on 4th of July weekend. Was able to park on property early in the morning and spend the day at the beach across the street and then was able to get into the condo later that afternoon. Everything was great, and the condo had everything we needed for our family of 4. Ate at Gaido’s just up the seawall from Casa Del Mar, which was great food, highly recommend. Would definitely stay at Nanas Place again.

Lovely little seaside property

Nana's place is a lovely little place, with a view of the Gulf of Mexico, that is perfect to explore Galveston from. It is right across from the tram stop that goes up and down the island, which allows you to explore without a car. Nicholas was always very quick to respond to any questions I had and was vert helpful figuring out a time to leave for the port to board my cruise given the Loan Star bike rally that was going on during my stay. I highly recommend considering this property when looking for a place to stay in Galveston.

Wonderful stay

Amazing experience

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. Unit was very clean and fit myself my husband and our 4 children perfectly. There was even enough room to put our infants play pen in the living room. Very easy access to the beach. We were surprised to learn there were beach towels chairs an umbrella and even a wagon to bring to the beach as we had brought our own. Host was very friendly and easy to contact. Overall "nanas place" definitely felt like staying over at a relatives and far more comfortable for our family than a hotel stay.

Very cute clean condo, has everything you need for your stay. Awesome to sit on the deck and enjoy a cold drink. Beach is a short walk across the street, great location.
