Enjoy a sunset stroll on the beach or take in a lazy afternoon on the spacious backyard porch. A complimentary deluxe coffee bar sweetens your stay. Relaxation is just a beach pebble’s throw away!

Sand Piper Cottage offers a charming space with a fresh nod to popular seaside resort, The Hamptons. The master suite features a king bed, his and hers spacious closets and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom sleeps 2 comfortably in the queen bed while 2 additional guests can slumber in the twin beds in the next room. Sleep like a baby in our clothesline crisp percale sheets, just like the sheets you loved when you spent the night at grandmother’s house. A large backyard porch provides a serene view of a large pecan tree, perfect for enjoying a chilled glass of wine or morning cup of java. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware, utensils and a dishwasher for your convenience. Bake a pie in the double oven and serve it a few steps away on the barnyard door dining room table.

Beautiful Cottage

Went to Moody Gardens and the beach Sunday. Every time we came back to the cottage it felt like home. The quality was just surreal.

It was okay.

The owner has done as good of a job as one could with the property. The property is old and needs updating. It is well maintained for its age. The master bed appears to have plastic under the sheets, the TV is extremely frustrating since it from the 90’s. The property is a very long walk to the beach. There were several dead bugs laying around the floor and food stains that were visible on the couch cushions. I am more picky than most so take this as you may. It is certainly not a bad place but it is far from a 5 star home.
